Shipping Policy Palerro

Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing and dispatch after your purchase is confirmed.
An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier and is in transit to your address.
During busy periods or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times depend on your location and local courier services.
Below are the estimated delivery windows after dispatch:

United States: 5–10 business days
Canada: 7–14 business days
United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
Australia: 10–20 business days

Order Changes & Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout.
If you notice an error, please email palerro.contact@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
After this period, we cannot guarantee any modifications, as the order may already be in processing.

If our system detects incomplete or incorrect information, our support team will contact you for confirmation. If no response is received within 3 business days, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Delayed Delivery

While we strive for timely delivery, certain circumstances—such as extreme weather, customs clearance, or courier issues—may cause unexpected delays.
Palerro cannot be held responsible for such events but will provide updates and assistance whenever possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the courier, it becomes their responsibility for delivery and tracking.
If your order is lost or stolen, please contact palerro.contact@gmail.com and we’ll help initiate a claim with the courier and follow up on your behalf.

Please note that Palerro is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. These cases fall outside of our refund policy; however, depending on the situation, a replacement may be offered.
